Four international speakers will take us "for a walk" through the world of medical communication and will do so by describing, explaining and analyzing the most widely used communication method in the world both in Human Medicine and in Veterinary Medicine

The Calgary-Cambridge Communication Model is in fact the world reference point in the world of Communication Skills. Validated by millions of visits carried out according to this structure and hundreds of studies, this system rich in notions of neuroscience, psychology and elements of Communication Sciences is the reference model for the medical world.

The Conference set itself the goal of explaining it in a simple way and giving all colleagues tools to be put into use immediately in daily medical practice to reduce communication breakdowns, to avoid misunderstandings with pet-parents and to offer, to owners as well as the medical teams themselves, a better communication experience, an interaction characterized by interactivity and a more sincere and fruitful collaboration between the figure of the doctor and that of the pet owner.
